Knowing grammar is not enough to speak English instead of that; you also need some practice of applying the same in conversation. It means you need to focus on talking instead of thinking a lot about grammar. It doesn't matter if you don't know the correct grammar initially Gradually you can develop grammatical accuracy. So to conclude try to focus on fluency
