"I have been taking yoga classes from Rachna for the past 2 months. My experience has been amazing. I have seen my stamina improve and my mental stress levels subside. "After joining Rachna's yog classes, within few sessions I have experienced relief in my body/ joint pains and also could experience stronger mental health,more settled mind and body. This overall helps me to maintain harmony and good ecosystem at my home ,as well ,be more productive at my job.
