I have over 8 years of experience in designing and delivering Soft Skills Training programs for students, professionals, and corporate teams. My expertise lies in empowering individuals to develop the essential skills required to succeed in both personal and professional life. I have conducted workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions across industries, schools, and NGOs, covering areas such as: • Communication Skills – verbal & non-verbal communication, active listening, presentation skills • Interpersonal Skills – empathy, teamwork, relationship management • Leadership & Workplace Skills – professional etiquette, feedback techniques, conflict resolution • Personal Development – confidence-building, self-awareness, time & stress management At 88 Pictures (Animation Studio, Mumbai), I worked as an L&D Specialist, where I designed and facilitated leadership development programs, storytelling workshops, and communication skills training tailored for creative professionals. I also partnered with leadership coaches to run personality-based development sessions (MBTI & 16PF assessments) to help leaders understand their style and enhance team communication. Earlier, in the education sector (Energia SOI, VIBGYOR High), I trained students and young adults in soft skills like structured thinking, self-expression, and decision-making. At the Mann NGO, I trained specially-abled students in workplace readiness skills such as teamwork, professional etiquette, and communication for job integration. Till now, I have delivered 3,500+ individual and group sessions in soft skills training.
