Throughout my journey, I’ve worked in numerous gyms and now operate as a freelance trainer, offering personalized fitness plans that are tailored to each individual’s goals and body type. I hold a K11 Certification, one of the most respected qualifications in the fitness industry. This certification has helped me build a solid foundation in anatomy, exercise programming, injury prevention, and nutrition planning. It also allows me to design safe, effective routines that cater to diverse fitness levels—from beginners to athletes.
