Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL) is a public limited company promoted and established by the Department of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra and was incorporated on August 20, 2001, under the Companies Act, 1956.
MKCL commenced its business operations in April 2002 over the entire state of Maharashtra and in a short span of fifteen years it has emerged as a high-tech and high-touch initiative focused on design, development and delivery of innovative eLearning, eGovernance, and empowerment technologies, solutions and services to its ever-growing base of millions of customers in public at large, Universities, Governments, and Communities.
