I'm an HR by profession .. and a dancer by heart. I have completed PG also I'm pursuing my MBA now. I take up my dance workshops on weekends alongwith the Holistic Development sessions for the overall personality development of children. I take up sessions at my place and at a studio nearby. For example if i am dealing with women (home maker) if i have to explain them and teach them english, i ask them to write or speak few lines about their favorite recepie , i try to find my student's interest and ill develop their skills through that. I use flash cards, power point presentations , music pictures and everything which helps my students to understand English.
