I am a Microbiology graduate with a postgraduate degree in Oncology from the University of Nottingham, with a strong foundation in genetics, molecular biology, and bioinformatics. Alongside my academic background, I have hands-on experience through multiple laboratory-based research projects, which allows me to bring real-world scientific context into my teaching.
I am passionate about teaching young learners and focus on building strong conceptual clarity in science from an early stage. My teaching approach emphasizes understanding over memorization, encouraging students to think scientifically and ask questions. I believe science is best learned through experiments, visual methods, and hands-on activities, making sessions interactive and engaging.
In addition to academics, I am also trained in Bharatanatyam classical dance, which has strengthened my discipline, creativity, and ability to connect with students from diverse interests. This helps me create a well-rounded and supportive learning environment.
My goal as a tutor is to make science intuitive, enjoyable, and meaningful for every student, while nurturing curiosity and independent thinking.
