I am Geeta, an MBA in HR, with almost 2 decades of HR consulting experience. However, Yoga has been an integral part of my life.
Being a consistent yoga practitioner, with time I was motivated to pursue and complete Level 1 - Yoga Protocol Instructor certification from the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
Apart from that I have completed Facial Wellness (Face Yoga) TTC from Yoga Alliance International and 30 CE Hours Chair Yoga Teachers Training.
Post certification, I have started teaching online and have provided a safe, supportive online yoga space where I help women aged 25+ regulate stress, restore hormonal balance, manage menstrual, perimenopausal, and menopausal transitions, and nurture holistic wellbeing through mindful movement of asana, conscious breathwork, and deep relaxation practices like guided meditation and Yog nidra.
