Also, you must have good command on a language (Hindi or English) for delivering the subject knowledge.
The most important one is how you make learning interesting by using different stories and all. After all, you should make your students understand the subject in the best possible way. It doesn't matter if you teach your students without using a book or with the book. What matters is, the student must get the point.
