It was my teacher's blessings that I got a chance to learn emotional freedom tools, techniques and easy and effective meditations which has completely changed by outlook towards my life.
My day has become more conscious than before which involves mindfulness in all my daily activities whether taking a bath, having a food or my work/meetings in office etc.
My Life is now less stressful than before and filled with joy and love which was within me and my teacher is guiding me every step to deepen into the inner world of long lasting happiness.
