I have studied in Venkateswar English Medium School from class 1 to 10th. In my 10th, I had scored a 95.11% and passed out from the ICSE board.
I did my 11th &12th BJB Junior College in Odisha. I was preparing for IIT-JEE in these years. I qualified in my first attempt and got a rank of 11000 in my second attempt. I was in the top 1% of the students in the state board and thus I was able to give the IISER exam when I got selected for admission into IISER Pune. Right now, I am a BS-MS student studying in my 5th year in IISER Pune. Having got a chance to study in IISER Pune, I had the opportunity to have an experience of all the subjects like Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Physics, Earth and Climate Sciences & Humanities and Social Sciences in the first two years where all the courses are compulsory. From my third year, I chose Chemistry as majors and Biology as minors. In Biology, I have studied Biochemistry in detail. In all these years, I have been part of many extra-curricular activities where I have gained a lot of experience in teaching. My father is a professor and my mother is a home tutor. This has also strengthened my teaching skills.
