Dear Shruti,
First of all, you must know that you already possess all the required skills you require in your life. You just need to find out a worthy teacher or trainer who can help you to draw out those skills. So never underestimate yourself just believe your innate power & take the support of the right carver who can just cut away the unwanted parts & carve out a magnetic, beautiful and impressive piece of art out of you. Trust that you are potentially complete, only find out the route towards it.

Every day you should find out at least 05 words by reading whatever you like. You can start with simple storybooks, Newspapers, novels, dramas, magazines etc.
While reading underlines the words, you don't know the meanings. Find out the implications of a good dictionary. Write all word meaning in a notebook every day. Use those words on the same day in your spoken or written communication. Once you use a word correctly, it becomes your friend for a lifetime. This way, you can at least get 150 new words in your active vocabulary every month.
It requires only 300 to 500 words to speak English in day to day life. We keep on using the same words again and again. It is the same case with almost all the languages.
