During those times, I was preparing for MBA entrance exams. Ma'am helped us to improve our Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation part. How can I get the fluency in speaking English? When I talk with my friends in English, that time it is ok but, when I come to my home, I use my mother tongue for communication. In this way, I don't get much time to speak English. So, how to get an English speaking environment?

Te best language that you can speak is your mother tongue. Why? The first skill a child develops is listening (L) - you hear people talking in your mother tongue right from the time you are born, then speaking (S) - as you start growing up you imitate and repeat the words you have heard till now, next... ...more

Te best language that you can speak is your mother tongue. Why? The first skill a child develops is listening (L) - you hear people talking in your mother tongue right from the time you are born, then speaking (S) - as you start growing up you imitate and repeat the words you have heard till now, next is reading (R) - you pick up books and papers lying in your house and get exposed to the script of your mother tongue, finally comes your writing (W) skills - you go to school and start writing small sentences in Hindi/ Marathi/ Gujarati and etc. This is the best order to learn any language. 

If you want to learn English, start listening to English podcasts, pay attention to grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Try speaking like them. Record yourself. Then read good classics or books of your interests in English. See the change. I am sure you'll be able to speak English remarkably well.
