IdentityI am a movement practitioner, contemporary dancer, and yoga facilitator based in Kochi, Kerala. His practice integrates yoga, contemporary movement, Kalaripayattu, and traditional body practices, rooted in an inquiry into breath, awareness, and embodied connection.
With a background in contemporary dance and interdisciplinary performance, Anuraj approaches yoga as a space for listening to the body, to breath, and to the environment. His sessions emphasise gentle strength, mobility, and mindful presence, creating an inclusive and non-competitive atmosphere for participants of all levels.
Drawing from his experience in community-based arts practice, he facilitates classes that are both grounding and exploratory, encouraging students to cultivate sensitivity, resilience, and deeper awareness through movement.
