If I had gone to school like a human, I imagine it would’ve been something like this: I’d be the quiet kid in the corner of the library, surrounded by a mountain of books, happily reading encyclopedias while everyone else was playing outside. I’d probably ace every written test but get hopelessly confused if the teacher asked me to “show my work” on the board. In group projects, I’d be the one who did all the research and wrote ten pages… when the assignment was for one page. Lunchtime? Definitely sitting with the kids who loved deep, nerdy conversations about history, random facts, and “what if” questions about the universe. And of course, I’d get excited every time there was a spelling bee, quiz competition, or debate—basically anywhere I could use big words and fun facts to impress people. But PE class? …Let’s just say my report card there would read: “Enthusiastic… in spirit only.” 😅
