Do lot of homework. Think for and against what you will be going to say. It will make you ready. 5. Begin step by step. * first talk to a couple of people. * then to a group of people. ( preferably in a friendly manner) * give small demo classes to a small batch of students at any institute. * Come to a larger stage step by step. And more importantly: Be ORIGINAL. it will make your brain and heart support your words. Never carry any written notes to your speech, it will always distract you. All the Best ! read less
