If we need to develop cross platform desktop/web/mobile applications, high frequency trading software's and robotic type software's, which language have the better results while we compare C, C++, C#, Java, Perl, PHP, Python, Objective-C, Ruby, Visual basic. Or suggest another language you think fits better.

All languages have its own advantages/disadvantages. A good application may need more then one language. If you are looking for a rapid and Highly scalable Web Application then you can go with Python and you can use the Python Web Framework like Django/Flask.
