Professor Rakesh Naithani

I have requisite qualification with Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics, B.Ed.
I have more than 30 -years experience, which includes:
a. In last seven years, I have written good number of books on Maths for pre-primary, primary to 8th std., further more from 9th to 12th level, to meet the requirements of subjects at school / college level and also edited good no. of books for competitive examinations like engineering., bank clerical & PO exams etc.
b. More than 20 -years teaching experience in residential schools affiliated to both CBSE & ICSE. My duties are to Interact with the parents & teachers, Observation of classes, checking of work given by the teachers & their corrections. In absence of Principal, worked as HOD / Vice Principal for more than 6-years.
c. Other job responsibilities taken care by me were as under:
- Leadership and support to all schools owned.
-Conducting teacher training.
-Monitoring the practices and procedures in the schools.
-Supervising Principals of assigned schools and ensuring of resources used at schools.
- Providing advices on the issues of the schools as and when required.
- Attending meetings as and when scheduled.
-Reporting to CEO / Vice President.
-Taking part in the recruitment process for recruitment of all teaching and non - teaching staff members.
d. 15-years in Operations Research Group (A well-known Market Research Organization), as Sr. Manager (Operations).
