Being a Good Tutor takes alot of skill and practice.
Tutoring, I think it is the easiest job that you could have. I think so because of the flexibility of time, and the only thing you need to do is be there on time to help students with the subject that they have difficulty in understanding, which you obviously have the full knowledge about because you earned an ‘A’ or ‘B’ in earlier semesters. However, all that you were thinking is definitely wrong. The students don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.
Being a tutor for the last 2 years i know the importance of learning. i have guided almost 15 students from different background. They always makes me proud of what they had achieved. Many of them scored highest marks in there classes. working on there weaker areas are keys to there success.
I will always try to do it in my own personal way. Hope to find you on other side.
