I started my career in psychology soon after completing my post graduation. I have done counselling for post and pre marital issues, child counselling, counselling for anti addiction and career counselling in institutions like Frankfin, Nokia and Pailan. I also take classes on personality development, spoken english and grooming. In short a complete grooming,including speech therapy, manners and eticates, proper approaching skills, dress code and a total psychological analysis to crack through any competetive exam, for cracking job interviews and getting through the media industries. I personally believe mind is something beyond science,beyond time and beyond reach. If one is mentally healthy and at peace , everything else can automatically fall in place. In today’s rat-race we are all busy just running for a good,then better and finally to achieve the best life. But in all this we often forget that bit of personal space, time and peace of mind is so very needed. Just breathing is not important. It’s important to live. Proper counselling can make a person open up and discuss whatever he/she wishes to, or even the deepest secrets, sorrows, pains, guilt or feelings of jealousy or revenge which might not let them live a smooth life. The meaning of the word ‘NORMAL’ is huge. Just saying ‘I AM FINE,THANK YOU’ does not always mean so. Pretending is not living. So just be yourself...
