Canon 1300D is among the lower end models and is good to start learning photography. However it is a cropped sensor camera and experienced professionals use full-frame cameras which form the higher end of the range. Having said that, the lenses that you need for specific types of photography have more effect on your photographs than the camera body that you are using. My suggestion is to start with lower end bodies, use the kit lens to find out what type of photography you enjoy the most and then go for higher end models after a year or two.
