I have a D7000, D7100 both the cameras. I would say you can simply go with D7000 given its proven legacy in photography. Sometimes my D7000 images look better than my D7100. Nikon D7000 is no doubt a very good camera in this budget. But if you are a beginner and started photography as a hobby then you should go with any beginner camera like Nikon D5200 or Canon 700D. If you are well familiar with all camera controls please go with Nikon D7000.

To my knowledge, SLRs ranges between Rs. 35 K to Rs 80 K performs the same (differences only in additional features). Only sensor and lens responsible for the quality. So it's better to look for good quality lens.
