If you are a enthusiast, and want to get serious into photography, and dont want to keep upgrading cameras, choose D7000 instead of D5300. the D7000 offers more flexiblity in hand-reach buttons rather than fiddling out with the screen or dials. Nikon D7000 is no doubt a very good camera in this budget. But if you are a beginner and started photography as a hobby then you should go with any beginner camera like Nikon D5200 or Canon 700D. If you are well familiar with all camera controls please go with Nikon D7000.

To my knowledge, SLRs ranges between Rs. 35 K to Rs 80 K performs the same (differences only in additional features). Only sensor and lens responsible for the quality. So it's better to look for good quality lens.

Go for Canon's EOS L-series lenses, if you are serious about wildlife photography - 200mm or above (with 1.6x factor for DSLRs, it becomes 320mm or higher) . Zoom lenses cause distortion, hence compromise on image quality - but provide greater flexibility compared to fixed focal length lenses.
