The ultimate objective of personality development, I feel, should be that we learn to understand it's importance in our daily routine and our personality should not only impact our surroundings and people from a work oriented aspect but also in personal terms as well. We are surrounded with such aspiring and inspiring personalities around us. Those personalities truly motivate us to be a person who would aspire to be successful as well as a source of inspiration for others as well. Basically, our personality somewhere effects our character as well. So it is really important for us to understand that when we develop an optimistic approach towards our lives and develop our personality for our own betterment, it is also understood that our behaviour and our character needs to be considered and noticed too. They too would have certain changes with respect to the changes in our personality. So it is important that our character, our personality and our approach all three of them walk the path of optimism and transform us into some motivational person who would also motivate and inspire others around us too to turn into another beautiful personality. read less
