Personality development is just grooming of your own self according to the corporate needs and compete in today's world. It is just presentation of yourself.Some simple tips if you follow you can be the best. 1. Be confident. 2.Don't imitate others but be yourself and show your own charm. 3.Check your attire and wear according to the corporate needs of the day. Choose mild colours don't use bright ones. Neatly dressed. Hairdo should be a professional one. When you are especially presenting yourself before the clients. 4.Your body language is very important when you are standing before others and giving presentation. Take rehearsal sessions in front of a mirror so that you can see your own self and correct your body language. 5.Be humble and courteous. 6. A little bit of sensible humour is necessary to enlighten your team now and then. Be a little fun. 7. Be a good listener. 8. Gain knowledge by reading the subjects which interests you and kindles you to develop innovative ideas in the necessary domain. 9.Meet new people, learn from them. 10.Develop an opinion on any topic knowing the pros and cons of it and say it firmly so that it will depict you to be a confident person. read less
