not much just they way they speak and dress the skills to learn are the same

hi jitender, i don't think there is any difference in process of male or female. the difference is in the attitude. one has to be ready to learn.

Due to upbringing in our society, females might not be given adequate freedom of expression as a result of which they may have lower confidence levels, hence while PD process is on, it may take longer to see the impact in the females than in males.
