With twelve years of experience and a Diploma in yoga, I have a deep passion for teaching yoga. My main goal is to help people alleviate stress and anxiety while promoting a healthier lifestyle through yoga. I have gained valuable experience by working as a yoga teacher for three years at a school where I taught students various yoga techniques. Additionally, I have trained numerous individuals as a personal yoga trainer.
I offer yoga classes online and offline, conducting one-hour practical sessions. I believe that practical courses are essential for individuals to grasp the concepts and benefits of yoga and fully recover. I provide certification upon completion of the classes, ensuring that the students can showcase their skills and knowledge in the field of yoga.
To facilitate learning, I have incorporated live practical demonstrations into my teaching methodology. These demonstrations not only enable students to observe correct yoga postures and techniques but also offer them an opportunity to interact and ask questions in real time. These notes serve as a valuable reference, enabling individuals to revisit and reinforce what they have learned during the classes. By offering comprehensive notes, I ensure the students have the necessary resources to continue their yoga practice even after the courses.
