That's not the right question, if we are taking about Yoga then we can do that 24*7, but if you are asking about it's parts, like asana, Pranayam, dharna then it's totally depends on your own capacity and there is no boundaries for that.
It's highly specific thing we can't generalize this.

Nothing like that, every asan has it's own anatomy and pressure points, this asana create a perfect base same as lotus pose, with that it block the downward flowing parana, that allow us to focus easily on kutaksh during meditation. If you dive deeper it stimulates certain nadi which in return makes your mind inward better for meditation and self searching processes.
