I am a committed yoga coach and therapist with extensive knowledge of both holistic health and yoga. My objective is to use organized, research-based methods to assist individuals in enhancing their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. My approach ensures that sessions are safe, efficient, and goal-oriented by fusing traditional yogic knowledge with contemporary understanding of how the body functions.

I use movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to help clients regulate their stress reactions, increase their energy, and return to their natural state of balance.


I specialize in using yoga to help people with their general health, stress, anxiety, and lifestyle issues. Making consistent growth, practicing correctly, and being conscious of your body are the main topics of my instruction. This ensures that every session is customized to the individual's needs and skills.

I have assisted individuals of all ages in overcoming physical discomfort, psychological strain, and performance issues over the years. I want to help individuals understand their bodies, grow stronger, and maintain long-term health in addition to teaching yoga.

That's not the right question, if we are taking about Yoga then we can do that 24*7, but if you are asking about it's parts, like asana, Pranayam, dharna then it's totally depends on your own capacity and there is no boundaries for that. It's highly specific thing we can't generalize this. ...more

Nothing like that, every asan has it's own anatomy and pressure points, this asana create a perfect base same as lotus pose, with that it block the downward flowing parana, that allow us to focus easily on kutaksh during meditation. Nothing like that, every asan has it's own anatomy and pressure points, this asana create a perfect base same as lotus pose, with that it block the downward flowing parana, that allow us to focus easily on kutaksh during meditation. If you dive deeper it stimulates certain nadi which in return makes your mind inward better for meditation and self searching processes.

It's better to start your practice in winters ideally October to Feb, after that you can continue for whole year.
