Acoustic guitar requires more strength in the fingers and wrist; however, electric guitar requires more control when working with different sounds. I recommend learning acoustic guitar to get the hang of basics and then moving on to an electric. Nevertheless, you can start with any guitar as both require discipline, which is the hardest thing.

Absolutely, low back pain and bad gut health may be an outcome of bad lifestyle choices. There are a number of yoga poses such as pawanmuktaasan, gaumukhaasan, bhujangasan, balasan, and many more that can address stomach and back issues. Along with this, a healthier lifestyle, i.e., making the right food choices, will help alleviate the issue.

Having taught numerous students over the years, I believe every genre can be easy or straightforward, depending upon your level as a guitar player.
If you have a good teacher, he will be able to effectively only the genre of your liking to your level.
Alternatively, I believe pop music is the easiest to play if you are looking to play the exact song.
