Few observations- The rates of interest are 90% is not ok. Seems to be your homework. I will not answer, but will surely help you to get the correct answer through the right method. Is your interest is only to solve the numerical? It is one of the right questions to know the fundamentals very clearly.

While whiteboard is a better choice, it will be challenging to draw graphs, etc. due to the time factor. So what I do is a combination of PowerPoint slides with animation, pen tools, if anybody asks a specific question that is not in the slide, will switch to the whiteboard. Teaching accountancy using a whiteboard is very difficult. So go for a combination.

Teaching requires knowledge about the subject and excellent presentation skill. Online education requires one more step called tech-savvy. It is not the tool which will be the key to success, but the use of the tool effectively will count a lot. If you are going to teach drawing or pictorial representation, then whiteboard is mandatory. But some online tools are available to overcome this.
