My Zumba classes are high-energy, fun-filled dance fitness sessions that combine Latin-inspired rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. Each session blends cardio, dance, and strength-based movements to give you a full-body workout that doesn’t feel like exercise!
💃 How the Class Works:
- We begin with a 5–10 min warm-up to activate the body.
- The main workout includes dance routines based on salsa, reggaeton, merengue, bhangra, Bollywood, and more.
- I use easy-to-follow choreography with built-in cardio, squats, core moves, and arm toning.
- The session ends with a cool-down and light stretching for recovery.
