Each session is planned according to the client’s body type, fitness level, lifestyle, and any existing medical or injury concerns.
The session begins with a detailed assessment of posture, mobility, strength levels, and movement patterns. Based on this assessment, a goal-specific workout plan is created focusing on fat loss, muscle gain, strength development, posture correction, rehabilitation, or overall fitness.
Every session includes a proper warm-up and mobility drills to prepare the joints and muscles, reduce stiffness, and prevent injuries. The main workout emphasizes correct exercise form, breathing techniques, and controlled movement to maximize results and ensure safety. Progressive overload and structured training methods are used to continuously improve strength, endurance, and body composition.
For clients with joint pain or past injuries, corrective and rehabilitative exercises are incorporated to restore movement quality and prevent further issues. Sessions also include recovery guidance, stretching, and lifestyle advice to support long-term results.
