This hip opening workshop is designed for beginners as well as regular yoga practitioners who experience tightness in the hips, lower-back discomfort, or restricted movement due to long sitting hours, stress, or lack of mobility. It is particularly beneficial for working professionals, homemakers, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone seeking improved posture, joint health, and ease in daily movement. No prior yoga experience or advanced flexibility is required, as the practice is guided in a safe, progressive, and supportive manner.
The session includes a thoughtfully sequenced practice of hip-opening asanas, gentle strengthening, supported stretches, and functional mobility movements. Special attention is given to correct alignment, breath coordination, and listening to the body to avoid strain or injury. Simple pranayama and guided relaxation techniques are also incorporated to help release deep-seated tension and calm the nervous system.
Students are advised to bring a yoga mat, water for hydration, and a small towel. Yoga blocks, a strap, or a cushion may be used for support. Comfortable, stretch-friendly clothing is recommended for ease of movement.
