This ongoing yoga class is designed for anyone who wants to stay consistent with their yoga journey while improving strength, flexibility, focus, and overall well-being. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate-level practitioners, each class blends the grounding stability of Hatha Yoga, the dynamic energy of Ashtanga, and the smooth transitions of Vinyasa Flow to create a well-rounded practice.
Students will learn traditional Hatha postures for balance and alignment, move through Ashtanga-inspired sequences to build stamina and body awareness, and explore Vinyasa flows that synchronize breath with movement for a meditative rhythm. Every session also includes Pranayama (breathwork) and guided relaxation or meditation to help release tension and quiet the mind.
All you need is a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a peaceful space to practice. Classes are conducted online, making it easy to join from home. Regular participation helps tone the body, strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and bring mental clarity and calm — a perfect balance of strength and serenity for daily life.
