This weekly free class is open to everyone who wishes to begin their yoga journey gently and safely. Whether you are a complete beginner, someone returning after a long gap, or simply looking for a peaceful way to start your Sunday morning, this session offers a simple, accessible practice for all ages and body types.
In this class, students will learn very basic yoga asanas, gentle stretches, joint warm-ups, and simple sequences that help improve flexibility, posture, and mobility. The session also includes foundational pranayama practices such as deep breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, and calming breathwork to reduce stress and improve energy flow. The class ends with short relaxation, helping you begin your day with clarity and peace.
No prior experience is needed. All you need is a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a quiet space at home. This free class is part of my intention to make yoga accessible to everyone and to encourage people to build a healthy, consistent routine.
