Module 1: Foundations of Boxing (Week 1–2)
- Introduction to boxing history & principles

- Basic punches: jab, cross, hook, uppercut
- Basic footwork: forward, backward, lateral movement
- Shadowboxing basics
Module 2: Technique & Combinations (Week 3–4)
