This class is for absolute beginners who want to start their yoga journey but do not know from where to start. We will discuss about yoga and yoga philosophies, will do yoga asans, and preparatory asans for intermediate and advance yoga . We will do pranayam abhyaas and also we will practice yog nidra meditation.
You will Learn how to practice one single asan for Multiple benefits, how you can prepare your own yoga routine without any teacher to practice daily .
