In Beginners Yoga class anyone can join with little or no yoga experience. In this class one will learn basic asanas, Pranayama, and Meditation.
Batch Timing is 7 Am IST. These classes are conducted 5 days a week Mon-Fri for a month. New enrolments are accepted from 1st of every month. The fees for this class is 4000/ month Total 20 classes in a month are conducted.
Beginner-friendly yoga poses include Mountain Pose (Tadasana) for grounding, Child's Pose (Balasana) for rest, Cat-Cow Pose for spinal flexibility, Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) to stretch the whole body, Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana) for a gentle backbend, Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) for balance,Corpse Pose (Shavasana) for deep relaxation and more
The pranayama you will learn are Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing), Bhastrika (Bellows Breath), Kapalbhati (Skull Shining Breath), Bhramari (Bee Breath), Ujjayi (Ocean Breath), Surya Bhedana (Right Nostril Breathing), and Sheetali (Cooling Breath).
