a) Dedicate 5 minutes for Meditation regularly.
b) Sit in a room where there is no noise and keep your cell phones away or switched during those hours.
c) Stay hydrated, keep a water bottle.
d) Don't keep the stock of books with you, try to revise or read a chapter on a single day and don't let anyone distract you.
e) Most importantly, don't get panic with the bulk of syllabus. Study according to your capacity even for an hour or for many hours.
