My journey in Yoga Started at an early age of 11...12 years of age in Calcutta while in grade 7 of an ICSE school St. Teresa's. At that time I did it for my own health reasons. I started teaching immediately in grade 11 and 12 just as an extracurricular activity in grade 11. It has been a learning and teaching process ever since. Used to demonstrate as intern while was graduating as was the best during those years. Have taught to an international group in Dubai part time while looking for a job. Then after a very long gap as I worked in numerous corporates due to continuous transfers, Took this self employment route ever since 2013 July. I teach both in Online and Offline mode for Noida based residents Proper precautions are being taken considering the present conditions for the Offline classes
