Hello Chandan,
Firstly, don't see anyone deep into his or her while speaking.
Secondly, whenever you are speaking just assume that the person or persons sitting in front of you is completely dumb and doesn't know anything about what you are speaking and you have make them explain like a kid.
Thirdly, just say without thinking much so it will make you confident.
However, once you are back, just try to think and focus on what mistake you have committed. Pen it down and try not to repeat again.
It's very simple, it's not a crash science but just an art😉
