I took 3 months membership. Gym is good. However there are lot of operational problems: 1) Every Sunday they are closed: Come on dude, who close professional gym 4 times a week 2) They closed the gym for 4 days during Diwali break- Seriously, is this professionalism 3) One fine day they closed the gym totally without any notice. Constant calls to Gym owner (Ravi) was wastage of time and it was calling to deaf ears. Now he is saying that gym will be closed and if we want our money refunded then send a lengthy refund form on 10 Rs stamp paper- Honestly, its height of unprofessionalism. Dude: there is no legal hassle to return back money on closure of a business. Just show it in your accounts book. Its a sheer example of great business opportunity loosing steam because of lack of professionalism coupled with money minded nature of the owner.
