I have been teaching students from Class 1 to Class 5 for the past 6 years, covering all subjects while also specialising in Phonics. My journey as an educator began with a strong belief that the right guidance in early education can build a child’s confidence and shape their academic path. Over the years, I have seen young learners grow not only in their subject knowledge but also in their ability to express themselves clearly and think independently.

My academic background is diverse and has played a key role in shaping my teaching approach. I hold a B.Sc. degree in Mass Communication, Advertisement, and Journalism from NRAI (Institute of Mass Communication Management), an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis, and a B.Ed. in English and Social Studies from Maharshi Dayanand University. To further refine my skills for working with young learners, I have completed certified training in Phonics and Vedic Math.

I have had the privilege of working with schools where I taught young children and received positive feedback from both students and parents. Each message of appreciation from a parent, each moment where a child grasps a concept they once struggled with — these are the milestones that keep me motivated. These experiences reinforce the impact that a nurturing, well-planned learning environment can have on a child’s growth.

My classes are designed with a structured and interactive approach, ensuring that learning objectives are clear and achievable. I adapt my teaching style to suit the needs of each student, whether they require extra support in certain areas or are ready to move ahead at a faster pace. To make learning more engaging, I integrate PDF notes, self-designed worksheets, and educational videos — many of which I create myself to match the exact needs of my students.

I strongly believe in a concept-based learning approach rather than rote memorisation. For me, it’s essential that students understand why something works, not just how. This is supported by regular revisions and interactive activities that make the learning process lively and memorable. By combining structured lessons with flexibility, I ensure my students not only meet syllabus requirements but also develop a love for learning.

Teaching young learners is both a responsibility and a privilege. My goal is to make every session count — building a solid foundation in their formative years, encouraging curiosity, and helping them become confident learners who are ready for the academic challenges ahead.
