G1 phase is the phase which includes doubling of almost all cell organelles and is the first phase of interphase and is also known as actively dividing phase.
S phase is the phas in which DNA replication and centriole ( which is the organelle that helps in the cell division in animal cells) . Also histone protein duplication occcuts
G2 is the phase in which protein replication including tubulin and others.
M phase of cell cycle in Mitosis include 4 phases :-
Prophase:- In this phase chromosomes condenses. Centriole moves towards opposite poles.
Metaphase:- Chromosome condensation gets completed and chromosomes align at metaphase plate or at equator.
Anaphase:- Spindle rays from centriole gets attached at the kinetochore plates on both sides of cetromere and centromere separates. Spindle rays shorten and sister chromatids which got separated moves towards opposite poles.
Telophase:- chromosome decondenses, all organelles reappear and cell divides into two daughter cells.
