Hi Ramesh, one of the best ways to learn spoken english is by hearing. Start by watching any english show (with subtitles). Hear carefully and try to repeat the sentence. Then watch the show again (but this time without subtitles). Watch each show/episode atleast 2-3 times. Eventually you will see that you start understanding English better and then start speaking in English. Also if you work on laptopns nd want to write well, use paid tools like Grammarly. All of this along with some personal guidance can work wonders for you. All the best!
