I am a Soft Skills Trainer with 8 years of teaching and training experience and 34 years of overall professional work experience.
Over the last 8+ years, I have also worked as Guest Faculty, teaching MBA students at some of the IIMs and other reputed management institutes, including IMT Ghaziabad. In addition, I have trained executives in leading IT services companies with global operations. My training has focused on Soft Skills, communication, professional effectiveness, and workplace competencies.

My extensive corporate career has given me exposure to communication, interpersonal skills, professional effectiveness, and workplace competencies across global organisations. I use this practical experience to provide students and working professionals with training that is relevant to real-world academic and professional situations.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree and am an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and Jawaharlal Nehru University. I am also certified in TEFL and TESOL, which have strengthened my expertise in English language teaching and communication. Additionally, I am a certified IELTS+PTE Teacher. My academic background and professional exposure have helped me develop a broad understanding of communication, professional development, and effective training.

I have worked with some of the most prestigious organisations in the corporate world, including a European Fortune 500 company. My 34 years of professional experience have provided me with valuable international and global exposure. I bring this experience into my training by helping learners understand how communication and soft skills can be applied effectively in professional environments.

My teaching methodology is structured and learner-centric. I begin each class with a clear lesson plan and specific learning objectives and then conduct interactive sessions where learners can actively participate, ask questions, and share their views. I believe that soft skills develop most effectively when learners have opportunities to practise rather than simply listen to theoretical explanations.

I combine conceptual understanding with practical examples, discussions, activities, and real-world situations wherever relevant. I also adapt my teaching according to the learner's current level, requirements, and objectives. Whether the focus is communication, professional effectiveness, workplace skills, or broader soft skills development, I structure the sessions around outcomes that are relevant to the learner.

I conduct my classes online and use resources like Audio, Video, PPT, Games , class presentations and whiteboard to support the learning process. My goal is to bring together my extensive corporate experience, academic exposure, and training experience to provide practical and meaningful guidance. I want learners to develop stronger communication and interpersonal abilities and become more confident in applying their skills in academic and professional environments.
