I specialize in teaching Soft Skills, Business Excellence, and Finance-related subjects such as Corporate Finance, Financial Management, and Banking for BBA students. With over 21 years of professional experience in the banking sector, my transition into teaching has been driven by a passion for sharing real-world insights and helping individuals develop both professionally and personally. My teaching is grounded in practical knowledge, shaped by my extensive corporate exposure.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc) and am currently pursuing a Master Diploma in Organisational Psychology from Nomatrix. This program has enriched my understanding of workplace behavior, motivation, and leadership, which directly supports my sessions on Soft Skills and Business Excellence. I strongly believe that success in the business world is about more than technical skills—it’s about understanding human dynamics, developing the right mindset, and building resilience.

Throughout my career, I’ve consistently taken on the role of a mentor and motivator. Whether in a corporate boardroom or a classroom, I bring an approach I like to call “humanalogy”—the study and application of human emotions, behavior, and interpersonal skills. In all my sessions, I emphasize the importance of attitude, empathy, and clear communication. My teaching methodology blends technical clarity with emotional intelligence, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience for my students.

One of my proudest achievements is authoring a book titled “The Pulse of Progress”, available on Amazon. It captures insights from my corporate journey and guides professionals on how to implement process excellence and adopt a growth mindset in any career stage. This work reflects my belief in continuous improvement and my desire to help others discover their potential for excellence.

During my banking tenure, I was recognized early for my initiative and leadership. I was the first Assistant Manager-level employee in my organization to be involved in ISO audit meetings and process improvement projects—a responsibility usually reserved for senior roles. I also successfully led a revenue-impacting project at an early stage in my career, earning both financial rewards and recognition. Over the years, I rose steadily through the ranks to a Senior Vice President position, driven by performance, innovation, and a deep understanding of operations and people.

I currently conduct online classes and use PowerPoint and whiteboard tools, but I believe that real learning happens through open conversations, relatable examples, and experience-sharing. I adapt the format to suit student needs, always aiming to deliver more than just textbook content. Whether it’s preparing for a career in finance or developing leadership qualities, I equip learners with the skills and mindset to thrive in the real world.
