Alok Kumar Verma

I am Dr. Alok Kumar Verma, working as an Assistant Professor in Maharishi School of Humanities (History) at Maharishi University of Information Technology, Maharishi Nagar, Sector-110, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. I did my masters in History, Ancient Indian History and Archaeology, and Buddhist Studies as well. I have awarded M.Phil. and Ph.D. from the Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India in 2021. I have almost twelve years of research experience and four years of teaching experience. I am having depth knowledge of History of Buddhism, Buddhism in Southeast Asia, Meditation (Vipassana), Peace, Religions in India, Mental Health, Ancient Indian History and Archaeology, History of India, Indian Knowledge Tradition, and Culture. Regarding this, I have published more than 15 research papers and one Book, in National and International Journals including UGC care, Scopus and SCI Indexed Journals. I have been active in participating in academic discourses in national/international seminars/conferences and symposiums related to his area of research.
