I am a dedicated yoga teacher with a passion for promoting health and wellness through the practice of yoga. I currently work at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), guiding students in incorporating yoga into their daily lives for better physical and mental well-being.

In addition to teaching at JNV, I also conduct specialized online yoga classes focused on women’s health, particularly for those dealing with PCOD and PCOS. My approach combines traditional yoga practices with modern understanding of these conditions, helping women manage symptoms and improve their overall quality of life.

I am also actively involved with the Public Health Center (PHC), where I conduct awareness sessions and community programs to educate people on the benefits of yoga for preventive health and holistic living.

My mission is to make yoga accessible, inclusive, and impactful for all age groups—empowering individuals to take charge of their health through mindful movement and breath.
