My expertise lies in medical and therapeutic yoga, female health (PCOD, prenatal & postnatal care), and lifestyle disorder management. I have conducted 200+ one-on-one sessions and 50+ workshops across Mumbai, Pune, and Nashik, helping clients effectively manage Hypertension, Cervical & Lumbar Spondylitis, Sciatica, Migraine, and related stress disorders.
