How is Bhakti Yoga different from other types of Yoga and why did you choose Bhakti?

Bhakti Yoga helps steer us to do the right thing, rather than just act on our own likes and dislikes. It purifies our emotions as our emotions are directed to God, righteous people, or virtuous scripture.

What makes Yoga Burn different from yoga classes?

The program becomes more difficult and advanced as you get stronger.This prevents plateaus and forces your body to burn more calories. You'll also see faster gains in muscle tone, strength and flexibility - and feel more relaxed too.
